meet up: tokara open house

i recently joined a meet up group.. seattle baking and dessert club  <--- click that link if you like to bake or to learn how! there are lots of baking classes, demos, dessert potluck, etc! also a great way of  making new friends (if you like to have more! lol ) while having fun and gaining weight! oops! joke! seriously, just join.. it is fun! ;)
so... we went to tokara open house! it is located just few blocks from my apartment but everytime i pass by it, it is always closed! the open house is only held every 2nd sunday of the month! there was also a  pottery sale by mika!

i am baaack!

two months of no sewing and crafting... tsk tsk! i spent my entire summer working more hours at my part time job! whew! it was exhausting! i spent more time napping instead of crafting and blogging! but i also made a lil time to go around the city to check out art and craft stores whenever i can! here is one of them!
